I believe that you could easily better the community by using better judgment and throw away garbage and or recycle this saves material and makes stuff better. another beneficial thing if people would properly dispose of garage and litter another thing that could be implemented is the use would be that if you saw trash you have to properly dispose of it, another environment that would be beneficial would be car pooling or driving a more direct route. another easier a require the compact florecent light bulb
